When you request the book we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and the postal address we send the book to, plus, optionally, your industry and team size. We also record the date you submitted the form and the IP address it came from, which we use to evidence your consent and to block abuse of the form.
To send you the book you requested and, with your consent, occasional emails about running a business on systems. Lawful basis: consent.
We keep the details you give us for five years from the date you give them to us, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time — see Your rights below.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. Your details are held in our own system on our own server rather than on a third-party platform. The suppliers involved in handling it are: Contabo, who host that server; Resend, who deliver the emails we send you; and Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site and therefore receives your IP address when the page loads. Nobody else receives your details.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
